“The position I am currently filling at work involves rotating 12 hour shifts, with a fair amount of additional overtime. (Fortunately, I will be transitioning to a new position in July.) This means, however, that I have not had the time to sit down and devote myself to the manuals as much as I would like. However, I listen to the CDs daily on my way to and from work and errands. From these CDs I have learned there are two primary things I need to concentrate on immediately. They are setting up an LLC to cover my existing rental unit, and setting up a Tenants-in-Common affiliation with some friends who want to go in with me on buying some additional investment properties. (The LLC is especially important since I live in D.C., where tenants have more rights than property owners.)
I know there will be much more information when I finally have some time to myself next month and am anxiously looking forward to learning as much as I possibly can from the program and incorporating it in my business and life!
